What is the delivery time?

All orders placed before 16.00 on weekdays, will be packed and shipped the same day. This also applies to bracelets with personal engraving. 

Once we have received your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email. You can always track your package via the tracking number you receive when the order is shipped.

I have not received my tracking number or order confirmation?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive your tracking number. 

If this does not happen, please contact our live chat at the bottom right of the website, and we will resend your tracking number/order confirmation.

How do you engrave?

All our jewelry are engraved personally in our office in Copenhagen with a diamond engraving. This means that the diamond scratches/cuts into the jewelry itself and thus perpetuates a lifelong memory in a beautiful and stylish way.

Will the coating fade with time?

We have never been exposed to the fact that the color of the bracelet has begun to change or fade with time.

Will my engraving look like the one shown on the product?

What you see on the product is a preview - the best example of how your engraving will be. The engraving will be as close to the preview as possible.

Are the jewelry waterproof?

Yes, all our jewelry is waterproof and water resistant.

Note, however, that we do not recommend the rope-bracelet comes near water.

What about VAT and customs?

There will be no vat and customs (including Norway). All orders are sent from Copenhagen, Denmark.
