What Is The Delivery Time?
All orders placed before 16.00 on weekdays, will be packed and shipped the same day. This also applies to jewelry with personal engraving.
Once we have received your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email. You can always track your package via the tracking number you receive when the order is shipped.
How Do You Engrave?
All our jewelry are engraved personally in our office in Copenhagen with a diamond engraving. This means that the diamond scratches/cuts into the jewelry itself and thus perpetuates a lifelong memory in a beautiful and stylish way.

Can Personal Engraved Jewelry Be Exchanged?
All jewelry with personal engraving, products that you have engraved yourself, can not be returned.
However, you can return the pre-engraved jewelry, products that you have not engraved yourself.
